He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nicholson and Josephine Nicholson. He is survived by: his brother Michael Nicholson; and his caregivers, Donnie Potter, Mavis Payne and Charles "Chuck" Graham. He is also survived by many other caregivers and friends.
