He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Olsen; his brothers, Charles and Danny; and his mother-in-law Helen L. Ennis. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Olsen; his children, Allen J. Olsen (Ashley), Richard B. Olsen, Hailey, Lucas, Sadie and Makenzie; and his siblings, Billy and Rita.
