It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Austin Harvey Lowe Jr. of Laurel, Maryland, born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Maria B. Lowe; and his sibling Jean Angelucci. He is survived by: his daughter Monika M. Price; his son-in-law Charles R. Price; his grandsons, Curtis H. Price and Philip N. Price; and his great grandchildren, Isiah, Laila, Jazmine and Aaron Price. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and beloved friends.
