He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Ferguson and Eula Ferguson; his wife Clare Thompson; his children, William Ferguson, Jr. (Sandy), John Ferguson (Jennifer), Clare Marie Pope (Greg) and Patti Fisher (Scott); and his brothers, Bobby Ferguson and Barry Ferguson. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
