E Church (1714 Madison Ave, Baltimore, MD 21217). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Payne Memorial (1714 Madison Ave, Baltimore, MD 21217). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maryland National Cemetery (13300 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, MD 20707).
