It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Merica of Laurel, Maryland, born in Columbia, Maryland, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gary Merica; and his grandparents, Floyd, Blanche Merica (Weaver), James and Ann O'Connor (Garrick).

He is survived by: his mother Irene Dentinger (O'Connor); his son Brian Merica; his sister Shelly McCann (Kevin); his nephew William; and also, Heather Andersen (Dentinger) and Kristen Jones (Dentinger).
