He was predeceased by: his spouse Robin Y. Plumley; and his parents, Carlos Plumley and Alice Plumley. He is survived by: his children, John Plumley, Crystal Parzow (Sam) and Scott Plumley (Amanda); his grandchildren, Donovan, Scott, Jr., Cailyn, Keira, Wyatt, Reagan and Zoey; and his siblings, Linda, Edna, Peggy, Gary, Duane and Andy.
