She is survived by: her children, Bliss Carkhuff (Kay), Mark Carkhuff (Ann), Sharon Carkhuff and Carol Ann Dwonzyk (Michael); her grandchildren, Shawn Kozlov (Ash), Michael Carkhuff (Brooke), Charisa Carkhuff, Amanda Carkhuff, Timothy Carkhuff (Hannah), Andrew Carkhuff (Jerusha), Eli Thalburg, Jeremy Carkhuff, Karen Reno (Riley), Henry Carkhuff, Kimberly Carkhuff, Riley Dwonzyk, Jason Dwonzyk and Collin Dwonzyk; her great grandchildren, Hailey Kozlov, Talitha, Silas, Hadassah, Luke, Lydia, Zachariah, Aurora, Aiden, Declan, Raelynn, Lillian and Gavin; and her great great grandchild Levi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
