She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Faber White and Kenneth William Rice; her husband Phil; her daughters, Margo Rice (Michael) and Becky Fowler (Thomas); her grandchildren, Andrew Rice, Nathaniel and Mariel Fowler; her sister Barbara Rice Moline (Ronald); her half-sisters, Cecilia Muhanna (Azzam) and Margaret Taylor (Russell); her sister-in-law Cathryn Piekarski (Stanley); her half-sister Evelyn Flowers (Gary); and her brother-in-law Joseph David Chase. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
