David J. Forbes Obituary
We announce the death of David J. Forbes of Laurel, Maryland, who passed away on July 11, 2026, at the age of 77. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew David will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his pet Benson. He is survived by: his wife Stella Forbes; his daughters, Kim Bloome (Chris) of Liverpool, NY, Jen Forbes (David Weller) of Rochester, NY and Anne Michelle Forbes (Rae Obejero) of Richmond, VA.; and his granddaughter Julie Bloome.
