He was predeceased by: his sister Eliane Darius; and his parents, Aceus Darius and Christianne Dumorné. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Dumorné (Née Simeon); his children, Nadine Fonrose (Michaud), Gregory Dumorné and Daphne Dumorné; and his grandchildren, Naïma Fonrose, Michaud Fonrose Jr., Gabrielle Dumorné, Tatiana Dumorné, Etienana Dumorné and Dayton Dumorné-O'Connor. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
