She was predeceased by: her parents, James Young and Ruth Young. She is survived by: her husband Howard Thomas Fogg; her children, Cynthia L. Fogg (Tyrone) and Howard Tyrone Fogg; her daughter-in-law Zelene Fogg; her grandchildren, Preston Leon Twyman Jr. (Ivory), Frank Sparks IV, Crystal Fogg-Hall (Chris) and Robert Newton (Kiera); her great grandchildren, Preston Dijon Twyman (Shea), Daeisha, Briauna, Cameron, Santana, Kendall, Kingston, Princeton, Kaiden, Khalil, Amira, Amari, A'Ezra, Amani, Eli and Kayson; her great great grandchildren, Malana, Jayceon, Desiree, Peyton, Parker and Akira; and her cousins, Freeda Burton, Leon and Linda Dixon. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
