We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2020, at the age of 85, Hubert Hooks Jr. (Laurel, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert J. Hooks, Sr. and Jennie Cecelia Hayden; and his brother Phillip Jerome Hooks (June). He is survived by: his wife Sophie; his children, Karen Baker (Donnie), Pam Marciszewski (Tom) and Jim Hooks (Michele); his grandchildren, Michelle O'Brien (Brendan), Justin Marciszewski, Rachel Watts (Rusty), Lindsay Baker, Dr. Kristin Marciszewski, Brian Baker and Mark Marciszewski; his great grandchildren, Ella O'Brien, Brody O'Brien and Nathan Watts; and his brother Henry Wayne Hooks (Donna).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: St. Mary of the Mills Catholic Church, 114 St. Mary's Place, Laurel, MD.
