She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Foulkes and Maxine Foulkes. She is survived by: her sons, Richard and Robert Marshall; her daughter-in-law Tammie; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Kriston, Amanda, Richard Jr. Robert and Nadine; her daughter Crista; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Jeremy, Madison, Hunter, Abel, Jonathan and Eden.
Before covid times, she enjoyed sending hats, gloves, scarfs and lap blankets to schools and nursing homes.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Washington DC Children's Hospital, an organization they felt strongly about.
