He was predeceased by : his wife Teresa Carlee Reynolds Maguire; his parents, James Francis Maguire and Anne Hayes Maguire; and his siblings, Anne "Kushleen" Maguire Carter, Margaret "Lonney" Maguire Connolly, Thomas "Sonny" Joseph Maguire, Elaine Louise Maguire, Mary Faith Maguire Clark and Jean Clare Maguire.

He is survived by : his children, Mary Fromm (Edward), James Francis Maguire, Maureen Teresa Maguire and Megan Mikula (Michael); his grandchildren, Sean Maguire (Kelsey), Kevin Maguire (Natalie), James Patrick Maguire, Genevieve Fromm, Isabelle Fromm, Carolyn Fromm, Jack Mikula and Eleanor Mikula; and his sisters, Nancy Maguire Pearce and Carol Maguire Holcomb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
