He is survived by: his wife Maryanne; his sister Rosemarie Kachinko; his children, Joann Moe (Brian), Suzann Tom (Barry), Lori Orta, Jay Starzec (Patti), Matthew Starzec (Kelly) and Marci Whalen (Brian); his grandchildren, Alexandra Flowers (Derek), Kersten Doherty (Mark), Ryan Tom, David Orta, Sofia Orta, Lucas Orta, Scott Moe, Brady Starzec, James Starzec, Madeline Starzec, Cooper Whalen and Dylan Whalen; and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Devin Flowers.
