He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johnston; his children, Joe Johnston and Jennifer Johnston-Mclaughlin; his grandchildren, Kristen, Boo, Jordan, Kaitlyn, Kevin and Riley; and his siblings, Helen Williams, Jean Simmons, Bobby Johnston, Joanne Murray, Alton Johnston, Kathleen Westmoreland, Freddy Johnston and Eileen Hayden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
