He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Brake and Rose Marie Brake (Nosal); and his son Kevin Brake. He is survived by: his wife Eleanoria; his daughters, Vanesca McDermott (Marc), Janet Brake and Amy Phillips (Jeff); his grandchildren, Timothy Brake and Audrey Brake-Lothman; his great grandchildren, Annika Brake, Skylar Brake, Jett Brake-Forshee, Landon Lothman and Colt Lothman; his siblings, Bernadette Burkhart, Marge Brake, Theresa Brake, Jaye Brake, Larry Brake and Emmett Brake; and his close friend Guiseppe.
