He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Simpson; and his brother Harold Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Jannet Cunningham; his children, Kenny Ford Jr., Antoine Cunningham, Kamilah Cunningham, Brian Cunningham (Nikki) and Charles Payne Jr.; and his brothers, Earl Simpson (Darlene) and Elster Simpson. He is also survived by grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
