“I am so sorry to learn of Ramona’s passing. Ms. Davis was one of the first black female engineers that worked at Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission in Laurel. Ms. Davis was always passionate about her complex water and sewer engineering projects. Please be proud of Ms. Davis’ contributions to our community. Ramona will be greatly missed by her WSSC family. Thank you.”
