He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Coulter; his children, Matthew Richard Coulter (Korena), Robert Alan Coulter (Katie) and Laura Rose Coulter (West); his grandchildren, Carter Reeves, Sophie Reeves, Emma Coulter and Camden Coulter; and his siblings, Bill Coulter and Debbie Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
