Richard Clark Topping Sr. Obituary

We announce the death of Richard Clark Topping Sr. (Laurel, Maryland), who passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 78. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his mother Nellie Dudley; and his siblings, Dennis Dudley and Sheila Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Richard "Clark" Topping Jr., Maria Dragann, Devin Seagle and Spencer Topping; his brother Jamie Dudley; his grandchildren, Sophia, Charlie, Rosie Topping, Tyler, Marcus Dragann, Beau and Dakota Seagle; and his girlfriend Leisa Bedingfield.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
