It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edward Pugh Sr. of Laurel, Maryland, born in Arthurdale, West Virginia, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval L. Pugh and Edythe M. Watkins Pugh; and his brothers, Thomas and Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Helen Randall Pugh; and his children, Susan Williamson and Robert Jr. (Denise). He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
