He was predeceased by: his parents, Oluf Moe and Louise Moe; and his wife Barbara Ann Burley of Washington, DC. He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Kelly MacLean), Lorie Smallets (Walter), Craig and Brian (Joann Starzec). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
