Ronald Eugene Able Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2025, at the age of 86, Ronald Eugene Able of Laurel, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ronald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Daniel Able, Sr. and Margaret Watkins Able. He is survived by: his wife Janet Cook Able; his children, Angela, Brian (Michelle) and Christen; and his grandsons, Joshua Able Carter and Nicholas Able.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (313 Talbott Ave, Laurel, MD 20707).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to either the Wounded Warrior Project (https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org) or Laurel Mill Playhouse.
