She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis Mereider and Blanche H Savage; her spouse Dallas Culver; her son E. Steve Pepper; her grandson Kip Hollaway; and her brother Clifford Mereider.
She is survived by: her sons, Benny Hollaway (Sandy) of Georgetown and Todd Culver (Beth) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Kim Layton of Bridgeville and Carli Culver of Dover; and her sisters, Josephine Myer of Bridgeville and Phyllis Anthony of Selbyville. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
