He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinley Higgins, Sr. and Lillian Cliver Higgins; and his sister Marian. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stanton; his son Mark (Tina Higgins); and his grandchildren, Emily and Jordan Higgins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
