He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Leibowitz and Belle Leibowitz; his wife Leslie Millenson Leibowitz; and his son Steven Lester Leibowitz (Prudence). He is survived by: his children, Nancy Leibowitz Weller, Mark William Leibowitz (Susana) and Michael Gary Leibowitz (Alma); his grandchildren, Matthew Leibowitz, Karen Leibowitz (Sam Solano), Gabriela Leibowitz (Grant Smith), Kyle Leibowitz (Meg) and Nicole Weller; his great grandchild Elijah Dampman; his brother-in-law Jock Millenson; his niece Anna Millenson (Mark Wilens); his great-niece Thea Millenson-Wilens; his great-nephew Luc Millenson-Wilens; and his caregivers, Amy, Charla, Kim, Kathy, Julie, Dianna, Stephanie, Genna, Tina, Tracie, Jordan, Dylan, Rick and Angela.
