She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Neal and Audrey Delores Rizer (Bittinger); and her nephew Casey Shockey. She is survived by: her husband Clint; her son Christian; her stepson Chevy; her siblings, Dawn Shockey (Dickie) and Darrin Rizer (Julia); her nieces and nephews, Tasha, Kylie (Seth), Cory (Taylor), Jeremy, Cianna and Alyssa; and her close friend Donald Bridges. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
