She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Simmons and Jessie Simmons (Bunnie). She is survived by: her significant other Thomas J. Brown; her significant other's children, Kelsey Hurst (Brown), Amanda Knepp (Brown) and Alex Brown; her sister Deborah Kagle; her niece Erica Garwood (Gregory); and her nephew Drew Kagle (Christie). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, daughter, as well as numerous cousins and friends.
