She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Harclerode; her husband Raymond Henry Lapp, Jr.; her brothers, Thomas and Richard Harclerode; and her grandson Tony Romano.

She is survived by: her mother Alberta Harclerode; her brother Jack Harclerode; her daughters, Constance Rae Beutelspacher (late Barry Beutelspacher) of Frostburg and Jacqueline Rae Romano of Cumberland, Maryland; her granddaughters, Sarah Kuykendall (Michael) and Nina Garcia; her great grandchildren, Baylee, Marley, Dorian and Drake; and her caregiver Christian.
