She is survived by: her husband Richard Crawford; her children, Kelly Mauzy (Chris) and Jason Crawford; her grandchildren, Gavin Mauzy (Sarah), Drew Mauzy and Kinsley Mauzy; her sister Sonia Foutz (Bill); her niece Lisa Moreland; and her nephew Ryan Foutz.
