She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel A. Davis and Edna Davis (Schell); her son Kevin VanMeter; her siblings, Paul Davis, James "Jim" Davis, William "Bill" Davis, Richard Davis and Jeannette Davis; and her sister-in-law Hazel Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Cliff Fraembs; her daughters, Brenda Ruppenkamp (Mark) and Debbie Fitch (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Dustin Rice, Kayla Demarco, Noel VanMeter, Megan Martineau, Brianna Howell and Kenneth Howell; her brother Ronald Davis (Bonnie); her sister-in-law Betty Davis; and her son-in-law Henry Dutton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
