She was predeceased by: her parent Aurthur; her grandmother Casteel; her husbands, Gilbert Fussell Sr. and Richard Franklin; and her sons, Gilbert Fussell Jr. and Douglas Fussell.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Douglas Corley and Gilbert Fussell III; and her sister Jennette Henry. She is also survived by special friends the Snapp family; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
