He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Walter "Dutch" and Julia Rinker Plucinski. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Kellie and Craig; his daughter-in-law Lizzie; his grandchildren, Miller and Cameron; his siblings-in-law, Kristie Hughes, Jeff Hughes, Knowles "Les" Jones, Kenney Jones and Guy Poirier (Gail); his pets, Piper and Roy; and his close friend Rick Paukstitus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church (917 Montrose Rd, Rockville, MD 20852). A reception will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Manor Country Club (14901 Carrolton Rd, Rockville, MD 20853).
