He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Hamilton Brown and Lewis Daniel Brown; and his brothers, Michael Brown and Edward Brown. He is survived by: his significant other Trupti Brahmbhatt; his children, Rehani, Aarohi, Pratosh Brahmbhatt and Tiffany Elizabeth Brown; his granddaughter Jaida Alexandria Brown-Phillips; and his brothers, Herman Brown (Anita), Thomas Brown (Ramona), Randy Brown (Georgia) and Steve Brown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
