She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lamb Anderson and Esther "Delores" DeVers Anderson; her former husband Andrew "Pee Wee" Mattingly Jr.; her siblings, Delores Hobbs, Ronald Anderson, Ernest Anderson and Robert Anderson; and her son-in-law Ken Shelley.

She is survived by: her husband Peter "Mike" Watson; her children, Andrew Mattingly III (Connessa), Pamela Shelley (Bobby Covolo) and Dianne Mattingly; her grandchildren, Alicia Norris, Andrew Mattingly IV, Emma Mattingly, Anna Mattingly, Sean O'Donnell, Lauren O'Donnell, Lindsey O'Donnell (Alexis), Sydney Shelley, Kenny Shelley, Jake McCloskey (Jennifer) and Zack Artman; her great grandchildren, Andrew Mattingly V, Dakota Norris, Charlotte Tapponnier and Ryler Hartman; and her brother William Anderson II.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Hospice of St. Mary's, 44724 Hospice Lane, Callaway, MD 20620.
