She was predeceased by : her parents, William Lawrence and Elizabeth Anne Russell; her former life partner Curby Garner; her children, Marie Schoppers, Mary Jeanette, Michael Garner and William Garner; her siblings, Mary Regina Bishop (Reggie), Dorothy Russell and Stephen Russell; and her grandsons, Kevin and Allen.
She is survived by : her children, Dawn Garner Russell (Archie) of Leonardtown, MD, Danny Garner of Leonardtown, MD and Kirby Garner (Susan) of Thomasville, NC; her siblings, Barbara Laing, Kathleen Kolund (Kathy), Rosemary Weber, Margaret Whittington (Peggy), Theresa Herrity (Terry), Elizabeth Brown (Betty) and Thomas Russell (Tommy); and her grandchildren, Billy, Steven, Kayla, Tyler, Josh, Megan, Derrick, Jennifer, Amber and Erica. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
