She is survived by: her children, Michael Haizlip of Drayden, MD, Lori Haizlip of Callaway, MD and Lynn Porter (John) of Leonardtown, MD; her grandchildren, Chelsea Haizlip, Zachary May and Jeremy Haizlip; and her great grandchildren, Layla Tennyson, Henry Tennyson and Rowan May.
