She was predeceased by: her husband Fredrick Wasson; her son Michael Wasson; and her parents, Thomas Brown and Lita Brown (Presley). She is survived by: her children, Theresa McCollum of Mechanicsville, MD and Kenneth Wasson of Great Mills, MD. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home (41590 Fenwick St, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
