He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer A. Walker and Vivian (Stewart). He is survived by: his siblings, Charlotte Francis and Elmer A. Walker Jr.; his daughter Cynthia Early; his wife Ann Walker (Delaney); his sons, Richard Walker and Robert Walker; his brother Roy L. Walker; his grandchildren, Megan Walker, Aylish Morrison and Grace Early; and his great grandchild Jason Morrison.
