She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. Horn and Anna R. Redmond Horn; her husband James "Jim" Williams; and her siblings, Harry Horn, Elaine Clark and Robert Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Lee Tapponnier Jr. of Leonardtown, MD, Joseph Lee Tapponnier of Leonardtown, MD and Jennifer Lynn Merson of Coltons Point, MD; and her grandchildren, Ezra, Nataleigh, Vivianne, Charlotte, Anna, Abby, Rainbow, Amelia and River.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brinsfield Funeral Home (22955 Hollywood Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
