She is survived by: her children, Wayne Gerry Jr. (Michelle) and Jackie Siejack (Kevin); her nieces, Elizabeth Burkard (Glen) and Rebecca Ball (Eric); her nephew George Prochaska; her grandsons, Raymond Gerry (Lara), Steven Gerry (Allison), Jeffrey Scott (Georganna) and Travis Rawl Jr. (Bailey); and her great grandchildren, Harper, Luke, Savannah, Jason, Maddox, Carmella, Cooper, Temperance, Dominic and Penelope.
