He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Mowbray and Anna Mae Mowbray; and his spouse Ellie. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Tom Mowbray and John Mowbray (Janice) of Florida; his grandchildren, Morgan, Spencer and Annie; and his friend Keith Vosburgh.
