He is survived by: his son Timothy Russell Snoots (Caroline); his grandson Chase Snoots (Mary Belle Combs); his niece Kellie Lewis; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Derik Lewis, David Lewis and Daniel Lewis; and his cousins, Peggy Carruth and Randi-Lynn Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brinsfield Funeral Home (22955 Hollywood Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722).
