He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McNeil and Margaret Elsie; and his daughter Christine Ewing. He is survived by: his wife Grace Elizabeth Andrews; his daughter Maureen P. McNeil of Leonardtown, MD; his siblings, Patricia Harajli (Mahfouz) of Bellingham, MA and Wayne McNeil of Weymouth, MA; and his grandson Mickenzy Ewing.
