He is survived by: his children, Richard Wayne Stockman, Jr. of Essex, MD, Lara Hood (Brandon) of Calvert County, MD, Rhiana Haney (Logan) of St. Mary's County, MD and Carol Stockman-Quade (Chris) of St. Mary's County, MD.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
