He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Madeline Perry and Frank Perry; and his brother Charles E. Stanley. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Perry; his children, Robert F. Perry, Jr. (Heather L. Perry) of Leonardtown, MD and Brandy A. Lorence (Thomas W. Lorence) of Hollywood, MD; and his siblings, James W. Stanley of Mechanicsville, MD and Jeanie S. Montgomery of Rocky Mount, VA. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home (41590 Fenwick St, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
