He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Bailey and Mignonette Bailey; his former wives, Joan Bailey (Coale) and Louanne Bailey (Cosimano); his son Mark Bailey Sr.; and his siblings, Eleanor Tippett, Lucille Doepkins and Eddie Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Beitzell Bailey; his children, Faye Gowran (Joe) of Groveland, Sam Bailey III (Jen) of Coltons Point, Beverly Wood (Larry) of Mechanicsville, Steve Bailey Sr. (Kay) of Bushwood, John Cosimano (Tracey) of Alexandria and Tony Cosimano (Lindsey) of Kilmarnock, Virginia; and his siblings, Kitty Swann and Bernard Bailey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
