He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Susan Long and Joseph Albert Long 3rd; and his wife Lisa Davis Long. He is survived by: his daughters, Frannie Lynn Campbell (Angie) of Colonial Beach, Virginia and Randi Leigh Twigg (Robbie) of Mechanicsville; his grandchildren, Garrett Arndt, Ashley Himes, Shane Readmond, Hailey Twigg and Kayleigh Twigg; and his sister Barbara Jean Long.
